Dosage and Directions
Take one softgel daily with a meal. Keep bottle tightly closed and store in a cool, dry place. KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN. Do not use if imprinted seal under cap is broken or missing.

Precautions
Women who may be pregnant should NOT supplement with Vitamin A, rather they should supplement with Beta-Carotene. Vitamin A intake should not exceed 10,000 I.U. per day.
